Reiki SessionsREIKI is a Japanese healing art for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is not like manual massage therapy that uses muscle manipulation but instead is administered by the practitioner laying on of hands in various hand placements on and above the body and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy called Ki flows through us and is what causes us to be vibrantly alive. If ones life force energy is depleted or blocked then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress and or negative emotions if its abundant and flowing, we are more capable of being harmonious, balanced and healthy. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, mind, emotions and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, and feelings of serenity and inner peace, Reiki is complementary in conjunction with all other medical and holistic treatments. Many of us have adopted rescue pets who unfortunately have experienced many unpleasant and traumatic events healing sessions will help address the deep traumatic events that have been inflicted on them. Reiki healing can also be of assistance for end of life passage, pre and post surgery, behavioral issues, health challenges, and elderly care. When forget our connection to the earth, and the cosmic dance of cycles, and our cosmic connection we often leave a part of ourselves behind and feel disconnected from our rightful place on the earth experience. Shamanic Reiki session can help bring us back into right relationship and in balance with life. Benefits of a session include; Empowerment through reconnection to Source, Clearing of energetic blockages, stagnation, psychic knots, discordant entanglements, entities, and outdated ancestral programs, which can prevent us from moving forward, by clearing this in a gentle noninvasive way we can find clarity, direction, and a deep sense of alignment. Shamanic Reiki can bring deep sense of relaxation, activate deep insights, clarity, higher perspective and a strong sense of alignment with Spirit and the Earth. When we connect spiritually with the earth miraculous things can happen personally and collectively. What to expect in a session, you will lay comfortably on a massage table fully clothed or sit in a chair which ever is more comfortable. We will begin with an invocation, and prayer. We will proceed with a humble request of healing and assistance. The session will then be guided by Creator and the compassionate helping spirits as I become a conduit for this beautiful energies. Often clients will feel energy moving through them by sensations of tingling, warmth and often enter a deep state of relaxation. At times I may uses hands on healing/energy holds, and or the use of rhythmic sound. I let the compassionate spirits guide me through the session and often they will have helpful messages, insights from higher prospectives and share tools of empowerment for after session care and maintenance. We will then end the session with integration and grounding techniques to bring you back into the present moment. Just as the moon waxes and wanes through her cycles so do we through our earth walk. shamanic healing is a wonderful complement to assist in sustaining flow and forward movement.
